WHAT DO YOU OFFER?
I edit together existing footage of your work into a slick, well presented showreel. Whether you just need something simple such as 3 clips put together or a range of clips with titles, music and a montage I'll put something together to suit what you're looking for.
WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?
In order to put a showreel together the minimum is usually three decent and contrasting clips that show off what it is you do best. The highest quality files will produce the best final product so original files, preferably in .MOV format (although I can work with most file types) will make the best reels. If you have clips online I can download these (providing you have permission) but often the quality of these will be lower. You can transfer files to me via WeTransfer or Dropbox.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Depending on how much work is involved a standard showreel edit takes between 3-5 days including changes and uploading time. For something more complicated please allow 7 days.
CAN YOU FILM SHOWREEL SCENES FOR ME?
Unfortunately not, sorry! I'm just an editor but feel free to message me once you have stuff filmed and i'll happily put it together for you.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Showreel edits cost £65, I take a £15 deposit to confirm the booking and then £50 is payable on completion. Reels are payable by bank transfer, I can then email you a receipt for your records.
CAN I SIT IN WHILST YOU EDIT?
I work from home so unfortunately don't have the space, however I will send over demo versions of the reels after each major change to make sure you are happy with it.
WHY CHOOSE YOU?
I'm a professional actor and comedian so know the industry very well as a performer, I've also worked as a comedy agent and run a theatre company promoting emerging talent so I'm in a great position to offer advice, support and feedback to make sure you end up with the best showreel to showcase your work.
HOW DO I GET MY REEL?
All reels are uploaded to either YouTube or Vimeo. You can then either download them or link to / embed them on your website.
